Kerr County Stock Show Entry Instructions

1 . Go to www.showman.app and search for Kerr County Stock Show or use the following link Kerr County Stockshow | Showman

2. Log in (if you have an existing account) or create a new account. Please put your account under the parent/family name. You will add your child/children under exhibitors

3. Click on Enter Show, verify your information is correct and agree to rules.

4. Click on Start My Entry, verify the account contact information and click on Next.

5. Click on the blue New Entry drop-down. 

6. Click on the Type of Entry you'd like to add and click Next.

7. Select an Exhibitor from the drop-down.

a. If you need to add a new exhibitor that is not already in your drop-down list, click to add a new exhibitor.

8. Follow the prompts to add in details for your entry.

a. Animals previously entered on Showman will show up in drop-down, if entering a new animal, choose Enter A New Animal in the drop-down.

b. YOU WILL NEED TO ASSIGN EACH ANIMAL TO AN EXHIBITOR, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAN BE CHANGED AT CHECK IN.

c. Continue to fill in required entry fields – You will need your TX Validation Ear Tag Number for each animal you are entering.

d. Click Next when all required fields are filled in.

9. View your added entries in each category. Click on Edit to update or change your entry. You can edit entries anytime, up until entries close.

a. Click on Edit to change or update which shows are entered, entry details, etc.

10. Continue to add entries using the blue New Entry drop-down. Once all entries are added, click Next.

11. Proceed through the Entry Questions section, being sure to answer any required questions, and then click Next to review your entries.

12. Go to Checkout and click on Submit Payment to go to stripe checkout. Complete your entries with a Debit/Credit Card. 

a. If you need to pay by check please click Print Invoice.

b. Please note that all entries must be made and submitted by December 1, 2024, entry deadline through the Kerr County Stock Show entry portal. Payment for all entries and fees must be submitted by the exhibitor at this time to complete the entry process. If paying by check, payment must be received or postmarked on or before December 1, 2024, and mailed to P.O. Box 291217, Kerrville, TX 78029.

c. Please refer to the catalog for all other related fees and rules. 

13. You MUST complete a W-9 and turn into your 4-H agent or FFA sponsor at your November meeting.
