Kerr County Stock Show Fundraising Update

Standing Strong for Our Youth, Together

In the wake of the July 4th flood, our community has shown incredible resilience, strength, and compassion. At the Kerr County Stock Show, we have taken time to assess how best to move forward while being mindful of the current challenges many of our neighbors face.

After careful discussion with our Executive Board and Fundraiser Committee, we have made the decision to cancel the in-person fundraiser event originally planned for September 27, 2025. The Hill Country Youth Event Center, our traditional venue, is currently being used by Emergency Management to aid in the flood recovery effort.

2025 Fundraising Plan

We are committed to raising the funds needed to support our mission. To ensure the continued success of the 2026 Stock Show and Sale, we are shifting to a virtual fundraising model including:

30-Gun Raffle
Tickets available this fall, drawing held during the 2026 show in January!
Online Auction (October 2025)
Community Donation Campaign
Our goal is to raise $100,000 to cover:
  $40,000 in scholarships
  $40,000 in sale support for exhibitors
  $20,000 in operations to ensure a successful show
